About Your New Job
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting process devices, instrumentation, and controls to support vaccine manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the project's success by meeting schedule milestones and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
What Skills You Need
- Strong technical skills in machine and equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Ability to operate and clean process equipment as needed.
- Experience in supporting maintenance planning, preventative maintenance, and documenting repair history.
- Proficiency in operating production support equipment and systems, such as MES/DCS and PLC.
- Knowledge of complex systems, including CIP, Autoclaves, Glassware Washers, HVAC, and more.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities using tools like FMEA, Fishbone diagrams, and 5 why's.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
