Senior IT Business Analyst

About Your New Job:

• Responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing management of effective IT solutions
• Act as a product owner for the organisation's hub function (define product vision, roadmap, manage product backlog, document detailed technical and business requirements, “User Stories”, manage sprints every 2 weeks and systems testing)
• Lead the planning and delivery of new features and functionality
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide vision and direction
• Reporting
• Lead multiple technical workstreams
• Support Operations Manager and Technical Lead in managing the external development partner
• Ensure effective project control procedures and processes are in place (timelines, budgets etc.)

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst in a similar role
• Third level qualification in Computer Science or Project Management qualification
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation of “User Stories”
• Good understanding of basic UX principles
• Good communication and stakeholder engagements skills
• Relevant experience of working on IT projects and managing technical workstreams in an Agile project environment
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures and SaaS based solutions, desirable
