About Your New Job:

• Execute the Broking Role with finesse for your dedicated client portfolio, addressing renewals, mid-term alterations, and inquiries.
• Elevate client satisfaction by delivering efficient, friendly, and timely client service that consistently meets deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Account Director to identify and harness growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with insurers, fostering partnerships that enhance our services.
• Adhere to company protocols for both Renewals and New Business processes.
• Uphold the highest standards, ensuring compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.
• Extend technical support to colleagues, aiding in the resolution of client challenges.
• Forge strong relationships across local and offshore teams, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Serve as an ambassador for the firm's purpose, values, and culture, embodying a deep appreciation for both the business and the client's culture.

Who you are:

• Hold a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification, showcasing your dedication to professional growth.
• Bring valuable experience from previous roles within the insurance industry, either as an insurer or broker.
• Exemplify client advocacy, consistently striving to exceed client expectations.
• Embrace responsibility with enthusiasm and demonstrate a passion for continuous learning within the insurance landscape.
• Exhibit diligence, proactivity, and adaptability in your approach to work.
