Job title: Senior HR Business Partner

Reporting into: HR Manager

Job location: Galway City

Hybrid working: This job opportunity offers a hybrid working environment of 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.

Hours: This role has office hours, except for one day per week where you will work 12noon to 8pm.

This is a permanent opportunity in a busy HR function in Galway. This client is a growing company and there is the opportunity to really make your mark in terms of continuous improvements and initiatives. 

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.

 The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years HR Business Partnering experience, experience of working at a fast pace is also important as this will be a busy role!

Degree level education within the HR or business (with a CPID)  fields is also required.

Senior HR Business Partner Job responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include; being an Employee Champion, building relationships across all functions, promoting a culture of wellbeing, helping to manage the delivery of specific HR projects, strategy, ER support, L&D programs and Data Analytics.
