Overview

My client, a global market leader in Investment banking are seeking to fill the role of a Senior Financial Accountant based in Dublin City

Responsibilities 

• Manage the Month End Close for an entity 
• Prepare variance analysis of financial results for month end reporting
• Lead the preparation and review of statutory financial statements within the entity;
• Liaise with local statutory and tax accountants
• Preparation of monthly Journals and Balance sheet reconciliations
• Working on the annual audit and dealing with all queries etc

Requirements

• Finance and accounting, qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA.
• 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry (banking, securities services, custody, fund administration)

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified chartered accountant (ACCA /ACA/CIMA  etc);
• Experience in preparation of financial statements
