You will be within the leadership team. As the Senior Manager, you will lead and develop the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities teams, setting objectives, guiding, and engaging the team, and ensuring performance and delivery.
About Your New Job as a Senior Engineering Manager
- Define and implement strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, improve quality, and reduce downtimes, while fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Oversee plant maintenance services, ensuring activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures. Manage both reactive and planned maintenance works to maximize operational uptime.
- Build and develop an agile team, providing training and development activities to maximize operational equipment uptime and implement new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory directives, standards, and guidelines, including ISO9001/15378 and ISO17665 standards.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering required; Master’s in Engineering or related discipline is an advantage.
- Experience: 5+ years in a manager or senior manager role, and 10+ years in a maintenance/engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of LEAN and 6 sigma manufacturing principles, continuous improvement processes, and cGMP experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels within the organization.
