About Your New Job

As a Senior Depositary Analyst you will act as Depositary for Irish regulated funds in accordance with the Central Bank's AIFMD and UCITS regulations. You will act soley in the interest of shareholders in the safekeeping of the assets of the investment funds as well as providing fiduciary oversight.

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for the management of both first (Maker) and second level (Checker) controls in order to discharge the Depositary function for Irish regulated funds.
• Revision on Investment Compliance ensuring compliance with prospectus restrictions and regulations.
• Revision of funds key NAV processes.
• Revision of shareholder trade processing in relation to procedures and controls within the Transfer Agency department.
• Performing AIF and UCITS cash flow monitoring controls daily.
• Ensure logs of risks, breaches, pricing errors, transfer agency errors and operational incidents are accurate and up to date.

Who You Are:

• You have 5 years' experience working in the area of Depositary 2 of which being at Senior Analyst level
• Have a good understanding of relevant funds legal documentation and regulations
• Excellent PC literacy including Microsoft Excel
• Third level business or legal qualification desirable
