About Your New Employer:
My client, a progressive and leading Fund Administrator based in central Dublin is looking to recruit a Senior Compliance Manager into their growing business. This role is pivotal in the growth of the business to ensure that the company is working with in the regulatory framework set out by the CBOI.
About your new role:
- As designated Risk & Compliance Manager for the businesses in Ireland and the UK, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance for the relevant entities with the aim of ensuring that the company meets its regulatory obligations and conforms to industry best practices and professional standards.
- Support the local implementation and adoption of the group risk management and compliance frameworks at local level, ensuring that the overall regulatory compliance of the firm is monitored and reported to the Board as required.
- Providing compliance oversight and support for the firm's onboarding process and supporting the firm's CPD arrangements
- Implementing local risk and compliance training programmes for all staff
- Managing and maintaining risk and compliance registers
- Acting as a key point of contact with the CBOI and other competent authorities including escalation of all relevant correspondence received from the CBOI
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years relevant Compliance/Risk industry experience.
- Ideally proven track record with people management and training of team members.
- relevant professional qualification and a track record of acting or deputising as CO/MLRO for a regulated trust
- Ideally have previously held PCF-12 and/or PCF-14 controlled function roles
