Senior Account Executive – AE Wellbeing Platform

Are you passionate about wellbeing? My client, an Irish start up with a dedicated platform to providing wellbeing into corporate companies are expanding into a new vertical and looking for a senior AE

Base up to 60k (120k OTE)

About Your New Job - As the Senior Account Executive

  • Proactively identify and target potential customers within the assigned market segment (global) to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate revenue and achieve sales targets within the enterprise market segment on a global scale.
  • Prospect, identify, and engage with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and HR leaders in multinational corporations to understand their employee wellbeing needs and position our platform as the solution of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful implementation of the wellbeing platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights, providing valuable feedback to internal teams and leveraging this knowledge to drive sales strategies.


What Skills You Need for this Senior Account Executive

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the enterprise software, selling to global accounts.
  • Ideally experience selling to BPO’s or benefits/ wellbeing platforms
  • Deep understanding of corporate wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement, and the challenges faced by multinational organizations.
