About Your New Job
- As Security Team Lead, your job will be on-site ensuring an effective security operation on a daily basis.
- Managing security staff attendance and ensuring adequate staffing across the site for both planned and unplanned cover.
- Training new security officers in line with company and client requirements.
- Completing and submitting documentation associated with workload and incident investigation.
- Responding immediately to alarms upon activation.
- Monitoring and managing the site’s CCTV and access control systems.
- Any other duties as required.
What Skills You Need
- For this Security Team Lead job you will need previous experience in a similar position and a valid PSA license.
- You will also have good people management and will be comfortable in a customer facing environment.
