About Your New Job:

• Facilitate the planning of work for scrum teams including effective planning an utilisation of scrum team capacity
• Collaborate with Delivery Lead, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to enable an effective delivery process
• Mentor and support team in Agile (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Remove impediments to deliver value
• Set and apply standards and ensure the work performed is aligned with established road maps

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years’s experience in a software development, IT project management role with 1+ years’ experience in a scrum master position
• Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) team
• Experience in financial services desired
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Excellent communication skills
