About Your New Job
- Monitor the performance of a small team of Territory Managers and the revenue generated through their activity
- Set and manage KPIs and ensure activity is tracked on the CRM
- Support on product valuations and negotiations
- Create, develop and implement new strategies for client acquisition and growth
- Contribute to marketing activities
What Skills You Need
- 1-2 years in a supervisor, team lead or managerial capacity
- Background in B2B sales a must with a strong preference for construction or plant background
- Able to work 5 days on site
- Full working rights for UK and able to travel extensively across EU
