  • Looking for a Sales Manager to manage a Team of 4 Inside Sales Account Managers and to grow the team
  • Office based for the first Quarter then they are offering the Hybrid Model

About Your new Sales Manager Job

This role will be leading and motivating a small team of IT Hardware & IT Software Sales Professionals and to grow the team.

You will be leading the team as well as doing sales yourself.  Your sales will be within IT Hardware and your Territory will be Ireland.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Leading and mentoring the IT Hardware and Software Division
  • Responsible for setting targets and KPIs
  • Motivating the team to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing opportunities for professional development
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for IT hardware and software solutions
  • Working with other Heads of Sales to optimise the cross-pollination opportunities for new business
  • Managing and forecasting individual and team sales pipelines so that they can deliver the required revenue and targets
  • Ensuring that CRM best practice and processes are being adhered to and in place throughout the entire team
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the IT hardware and software landscape, including emerging trends and technologies


What Skills You Need for this Sales Manager Job

  • Written and spoken fluent English
  • At least 3 years’ experience in leading a sales team
  • A Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

What’s on Offer

This Job comes with a salary of basic up to €70k along with commission of approx. €25k along with Pension once probation is completed.
