Sales Ops Manager – EMEA
About Your New Employer:
Your new employer is an established, award-winning, innovative data services company and they are looking for you as their new Sales Performance Manager. They are committed to change in the technology industry and are looking for someone with a passion for technology and a thirst for emerging trends.
About Your New Job:
• Managing forecasting, revenue performance, insights and execution of planning activities within a region
• Accountable for profit performance and predicting sales trends
• Supporting a large team
• Responsible for strategic planning
• Monitor success of business performance
• Support Target design and facilitate processes
• Review company performance on a quarterly basis
• Provide constructive feedback to all teams
What Skills You Need:
• Minimum 4 years previous experience in a senior role within the Cloud industry
• Business analytics and insights experience
• Understand the sales cycle, sales compensation, funnel management.
• Expert Excel skills and other functions in Microsoft Office
• Great communication skills with ability to manage various multifaceted responsibilities
• Level 8 degree in Technology/Finance
• Experience with Oracle or similar CRM systems
What’s on Offer
• 9 month contract
• €40-€50 p/hr DOE
