About Your Sales Manger Job
- Office based role Monday to Friday
- Managing a small team consisting of Sales and Administrators
- Nurturing, Training and Growing the Team along with One to Ones and Appraisals
- Assisting the sales team with technical bathroom queries
- Dealing with incoming leads via Company website and converting the lead to a sale
- Managing the full sales cycle
- Dealing with E Commerce
- Monthly reporting and meetings with the Company Directors
What Skills You Need for this Sales Manager Job
- Sales Management experience
- Must have previous Bathroom Sales experience
- Bathroom product knowledge
- Must be living within commutable distance to Sandyford
