Sales Executive – Raw Materials (Inside sales job)

My client are one of Irelands leading distributors of raw materials. Due to growth, they now have an opening for an inside sales executive to join the team.

Base up to €45k + 25%, Pension

About Your New Job - As the sales executive you will:

• Proactively identify and target potential customers within the assigned market segment to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand customer requirements, analyse their needs, and provide customized solutions by recommending suitable raw materials and products.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales quotations to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and close sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, operations, and logistics departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints with a customer-centric approach.

What Skills You Need for this inside sales job

• Ideally 2+ years experience in inside sales and customer service, preferably in the raw materials industry or a related field.
• A degree within chemistry/ food science would be highly effective
