A busy car dealership in Cork is looking for an Aftersales Administrator to join their team.
About Your New Role as Sales Administrator
- Organise service department bookings in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure best practice of the workshop in line with dealer guidelines.
- Communicate the customer requirements to the workshop.
- Contacting customers for authority to proceed with repairs.
- Keeping customers updated on progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Preparing service invoices and emailing where required.
- Liaising with the service advisors, workshop controller and other departments
What Skills Are Needed as Sales Administrator
- Motor Trade experience advantageous
- Strong Communication skills
- Practical hands-on approach to deliver top class customer service.
- Thrive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
