Sales Admin – Mallow
Working with a North Cork based company that manufacture and distribute materials globally, who are seeking a Business Development Administrator to join a busy team.
About your Job as Sales Admin
• Management of customer and supplier relationships, Purchase Orders, quotations, costings and orders.
• Engage with old, existing and new customers to drive sales
• Manage stock levels through accurate data input and weekly reporting
• Ensure customers are adhering to the credit policy and highlight any potential credit risks in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders including Finance and Sales to ensure the order process runs smoothly
What skills You Need as Sales Admin
• Previous experience in a busy Administration position, experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain or Sales environment is a bonus
• Relevant Business, Supply Chain or relevant qualification
• Strong relationship building skills
• IT proficient with intermediate Excel abilities
• Genuine interest in sales growth
What's on offer:
• Permanent position - €26,000-€30,000
• There is also a €120 travel bonus every month to cover fuel costs!
