Sales Account Manager – Foodservice
West Cork

About Your New Employer:
Working with a growing food manufacturing company looking to hire a commercial Account Manager

About your New Job:
• Account Management: Ownership of key customer accounts, Customer Pricing Implementation, and Price File Maintenance.
• Developing and sustain knowledge of all commercial products working across multiple systems in order to respond efficiently and effectively to customer requests.
• Manage and develop sales avenues from concept to launch utilising competencies and criteria.
• Sales Account forecasting. Prepare, plan, and manage Sales Account forecast requirements/pipelines
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships by understanding the customers’ values and expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve the Customer Experience and Maintain Customer Service Levels by anticipating customer needs, proactively seeking feedback, and identifying any gaps now and in the future.
• Co-ordinate and administer New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) for key retail and foodservice customers.
• Preparation and delivery of sales reports for the Senior team.
• Preparation of market and trends data analysis.

What Skills You Need:
• Minimum 2 years of Commercial experience.
• Qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Lean & 5S practices desirable.
• Good Business Acumen/ Understanding.
