We are looking for a skilled and experienced RGI (Registered Gas Installer) plumber to join a leading Mechanical company based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gas Installation: Install, test, and commission gas appliances, heating systems, and pipework.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and urgent repairs on gas systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Safety Checks: Perform gas safety checks and issue certificates where necessary.
- Diagnostics: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to gas supply and appliances.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with current gas safety legislation and industry standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain work done and provide maintenance advice.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and compliance certificates.
Qualifications:
- RGI Certification: Valid RGI registration is essential.
- Plumbing Qualification: Relevant plumbing certifications
