  • The organisation has a highly experienced team who together have worked in the development of a number of very successful schemes in Ireland, UK and Europe.

About Your New Job

  • Responsible for gathering all documentation for new builds to ensure sales completion
  • Generate reports to monitor the sales and distribution to directors
  • Inputting information and generating closing accounts for house sales
  • Completing security releases and providing these relevant documents to the relevant solicitors
  • Ensuring all legal documents are executed and returned to the relevant solicitors in an efficient manner
  • Responsible for all applications, tracking the progress and organising payments
  • Completing and distributing detailed handover packs for purchases including all safety information for each house
  • Tracking of extras for purchasers and logging on the crm systems
  • Processing information on and logging this information
  • Signing off on all bills for the houses that are under construction
  • Ensuring bonds are up to date on each site and liaising with management as well as the council
  • Contribute information and content to the company's intranet channel
  • All other additional administration support where needed

What Skills You Need

  • Confident when dealing with large volumes of documents and management
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills - this role entails a lot of liaising with different departments
  • Must be a confident individual, able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Experience of working with Excel essential
  • Experience of working in a construction company desirable but not essential
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Whats on offer?

  • Competitive salary ranging from €30,000-€32,000 DOE
