We are working with a leading construction company who has over 40 years of experience who deliver exceptional projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure. They are now looking to recruit a Regional Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
About your new job as an EHS Manager job;
- Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System across assigned projects.
- Foster a strong health and safety culture on-site by collaborating with site management, contractors, and workers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Partner with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and devise effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving safety regulations.
What skill/experience you need for this EHS Manager job;
- Degree or Diploma in Health and Safety.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience in construction (preferably in Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, or Commercial sectors).
- Proven track record as a Health and Safety Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
