About Your New Employer

Looking for a Recruitment Manager to join a not-for-profit company based in City Centre on a 12-month contract.

As Recruitment Manager your job will be to lead, manage and develop the Recruitment and Selection function to provide a high-quality service.

About Your New Job

Recruitment and Selection – Management and Development

  • Implement best practise approaches to strategic workforce planning, resourcing, and recruitment, with a focus on job analysis and design, to align talent and HR/budgetary resources with business needs.
  • Lead and develop the recruitment and selection function with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • End to end management of open positions for specific business units – source candidates for specific specialist vacancies and develop talent pools for existing and future requirements
  • Manage assigned staff, ensuring they are equipped with a clear understanding of requirements and expectations; are developed, supported, performance managed and valued.

Stakeholder Management and Engagement

  • Work closely with hiring managers to produce job descriptions and determine appropriate selection criteria and requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to drive the talent strategy and meet hiring requirements.
  • Coach internal managers on ‘best practise’ recruitment approaches and hiring processes.

Planning, Compliance – Monitoring and Analysis

  • Assessment and planning of role fulfilment requirements, sourcing, advertising, applications, projected timelines, and resources required.
  • Quality check on all new competition documentation for compliance, accuracy and understanding.
  • Set and monitor appropriate targets for the completion of hiring campaigns.


What Skills You Need

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a senior recruitment role
  • Knowledge of current of Irish and EU legislation regarding Employment Law
  • Proven record of people and stakeholder management
  • Experience in managing large volume, full cycle recruitment campaigns across varied sectors
