About Your New Employer

A leading Irish Manufacturer and supplier of cost-effective, high-quality chemicals are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their team at their plant based in Cork.

About Your New Job

  • Answering and redirecting all incoming calls.
  • Taking sales orders via emails and phone calls, monitoring an inbox.
  • Updating sales orders with any amendments necessary.
  • Responding to all queries from customers on status of orders.
  • Emailing pro forma invoices, processing payments.
  • Arranging couriers for international delivery.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administration position with a manufacturing company
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop
