Are you an experienced Receptionist with strong administration and communication skills? We are looking for an excellent Receptionist with experience supporting senior management to join our client who are a leading investment firm based in Dublin 2.

The successful candidate will support our client with all reception duties as well provide support to senior management and their administration team.

Salary: €35,000-38,000 DOE

Location: Dublin 2

Role type: Permanent, fully onsite


  • Being front of house to a variety of clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering all inbound calls and transferring accordingly
  • Calendar management and diary management
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Scheduling meeting rooms in advance of meetings and organise meeting materials
  • Supporting administration team with any tasks
  • Supporting senior management with any upcoming projects
  • Managing deliveries and liaising with couriers
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Providing training supports
  • Ad hoc duties


  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proactive and driven individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
