About Your New Role
- This is a part-time role with working hours from 9am/10am - 1pm/2pm Monday-Friday
- Greet Visitors in a polite manner and offer refreshments if appropriate
- Keep reception clean and tidy and display a professional appearance at all times
- Assist Human Resources and Snr Leadership Team with general admin duties (regret letters etc)
- Advertise positions internally and externally when required
- Maintain the process for booking meeting rooms/hot desks/phone booths and parking spaces as required.
- All other ad-hoc duties as required.
What Skills You Need
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks as needed
What's On Offer?

- Salary of 28,000 (pro rata, based on a 40 hour week)
