About Your New Job as a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant
- Front of House & Facilities Support: As the Receptionist/Facilities Assistant, you will deliver a professional welcome to all visitors and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage site access for contractors and service providers, maintain vendor records, and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle reporting, update systems and processes, book vendors, and support health and safety drills for all staff.
- Event & Meeting Support: Organise and coordinate on-site events, book meeting rooms, and provide general support to staff.
What Skills You Need as a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant
- Corporate Front of House Skills: Excellent presentation and customer service skills in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to Detail: Organised, with strong time management and a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and deliver a customer-focused service.
