About Your New Job   

• Take responsibility for the delivery of tasks and project goals in a timely fashion by working closely with, guiding, and building relationships with external suppliers and manufacturing partners, managing their time effectively and maintaining agreed timelines
• Generating new design ideas and resolving design challenges by using strong understanding of fundamental engineering and design principles.
• Communicating design decisions, interpreting literature and test results, and influencing design direction
• Keeping detailed records of design and testing development work.
• Carrying out testing for Design Verification and Validation

 What Skills You Need

• A Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years’ experience
• CAD modelling experience
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping using FDM, SLS and SLA 3D printing. Good benchtop skills for manufacturing prototypes.
• Clear ability to create robust tests of design concepts, predict outcomes and determine iteration requirements.
