About Your New Job as R & D Engineer II
- You will design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and provide technical skills during research and/or product development.
- Design studies to investigate specific life science questions within your field of expertise.
- Involved in product research and development and/or clinical trials, translating research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
- Deliver and manage projects from design to implementation, working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- May act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower-level professionals.
What Skills You Need as a R & D Engineer II
- Requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
- Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within area
- Ability to work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
- Strong communication skills to share information, status, needs, and issues with internal contacts.
