About Your New Job
As Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project quotations.
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing, valuations, and commercial reporting.
- Preparing interim valuations, final accounts, variations, and extension of time claims.
- Assisting with tender submissions and contract administration.
- Supporting project teams with cost control, procurement, and commercial management activities.
What Skills You Need
To be successful, you will have:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Commercial Management.
- Strong experience with BOQs, valuations, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Background within construction, infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or electrical projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent Excel/reporting skills.
