About Your New Job
- As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- You will monitor project costs and progress, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- You will manage contract variations, claims, and disputes.
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry or mechanical industry in Ireland.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to commute to the office in Loughrea, Galway.
