About Your New Job
- Support Quality Functions: Provide assistance and support to the Quality Pre&Post function, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and current GMP procedures.
- Documentation and Compliance: Review and update documentation, control non-conforming products, and compile metrics to report results to key stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement investigations to enhance quality processes.
- Internal Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to all internal customers within the production group or functional area.
- System Management: Work with Boston Scientific systems including eCAPA, MES, SAP, and Windchill.
- Safety and Audits: Communicate concerns about environmental impact, health, or safety issues, participate in safety walks, and prepare for audits.
What Skills You Need
- Educational Background: NQF Level 6 (120 Credits) or above in a STEM discipline.
- Quality Focus: A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for quality.
- Decision Making: Ability to make decisions independently and work with minimal supervision.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential.
