About the Company
A Global Healthcare company is looking for a Quality Specialist to join their Cork team on an 11-month contract due to continued growth and expansion. You will be a integral team member within Quality Assurance department supporting Quality systems across the site.
About your new job as a Quality Specialist
- Provides expertise in Quality Systems and Operational Quality, including investigations, Change Management, and sterility assurance.
- Improves systems, solves complex issues, and drives continuous improvement.
- Mentors colleagues and applies up-to-date regulatory requirements.
- Oversees IQ/OQ/PQ activities and ensures compliance.
- Supports site Quality actions, inspections, and follow-ups.
- Manages deviations, Change Control, and GMP walkthroughs.
- Ensures high product quality and champions Compliance and Safety standards.
- Completes tasks assigned by the QA Lead.
What skill/experience you need as a Quality Specialist
- Bachelor’s Science Degree or third level qualification in quality.
- 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar operating environment.
- Quality Assurance SME knowledge.
- Proven track record of providing independent Quality support to the site.
- Demonstrated coaching skills.
- Experience working in a strongly regulated GMP environment.
