About Your New Job as a Quality Specialist:
The Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and monitoring Quality procedures. Ensures a smooth course of action for all Quality – processes accounting for the defined standards and customer-specific demands. Supporting Environmental and Health & Safety standards
- Ensure the QMS is maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Lead the activities of the Quality Department including IQA’s, documentation o Makes sure that agreed country-specific QESH standards are kept o Implements and follows the QESH related aspects
- Works with responsible managers to improve local quality standards o Communicates relevant changes in legislation, rules and regulations to responsible managers and country leadership teams
- Coordinates and/or conducts internal and supplier audits
- Audits and follows specific process descriptions, validation- and qualification plans as well as quality related protocols and reports o Facilitate customer and regulatory audits, wrap-up, documentation and follow-up (e.g. CAPA)
- Sets and optimises standards and procedures for CWS Cleanrooms
- Prepare site specific specifications and checklists.
- Approves/documents and supports the setup and implementation of procedures o Supports and tracks Deviations/Complaints/CAPA-handling o Ensures a harmonised quality system
- Approval of quality agreements with customers & suppliers o Interface to corporate QESH Department
- Validation & qualification (management, support, follow-up)
- Change Management (support and follow-up)
- Ensures the development of employee competence with regards to quality rules and regulations
- Coaches, trains and develops employees to live up to quality standards o Consults/visits customers and management (internal and externa
What Skills You Need to succeed as a Quality Specialist:
- Bachelor-Level or several years of experience in the field of quality assurance
- Experience of at least 2 years in a quality assurance function in a business[1]to-business environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry or other industry with cleanrooms
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Ability to communicate and integrate/influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote teamwork
- General knowledge of the Cleanroom processes (Gowning, Hygiene, Behaviour)
- MS Office package
