About Your New Job
- Lead Quality Assurance: As the Quality Manager, you will oversee all quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and Implement Quality Systems: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure product quality and safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

What Skills You Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the medical device industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
