About Your New Job

  • As the Quality Engineer III, you will play a critical role in integrating advanced therapeutic devices, driving process characterisation, validation, scale-up, and automation.
  • You will proactively identify and resolve quality issues, leverage data-driven problem-solving approaches, and ensure thorough documentation of non-conformances.
  • Support and facilitate internal and external audits, make key decisions on product quality, and foster continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

What Skills You Need

  • Honours Bachelor Degree (level 8) or higher in a STEM discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a medical device or other highly regulated environment.
  • Solid experience in validation activities, knowledge of relevant quality system standards, and proficiency with Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical analysis.
