About Your New Job

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all projects. You will:

  • Develop and enforce robust quality control and assurance (QA/QC) processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Establish and implement tailored quality management plans for each project.

  • Coordinate customer and supplier inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.

  • Conduct quality engineering reviews of design documentation, vendor quality manuals, and company quality records.

  • Perform in-process and final inspections of fabricated parts and work-in-progress (WIP), including visual weld inspections (training provided).

  • Maintain and process relevant documentation, including EN1090 & EN3834 records, PED vessel certification, and data quality packs for customers upon project completion.

  • Support the operation and maintenance of ISO9001:2015 QMS and prepare for NSAI external audits.

  • Manage and maintain supplier and subcontractor databases, ensuring up-to-date quality records.

  • Perform data analysis and visualization to drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor quality program metrics.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar quality control and assurance (QA/QC) role.

  • Strong understanding of industry best practices, quality standards, and compliance processes.

  • Experience with pressure vessel certification to PED and engagement with third-party Notified Bodies is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with process validation and documentation within regulated industries is beneficial.

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in advanced MS Excel or equivalent data analysis tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
