About Your New Job

• You must manage the day to day administration of quality management system elements in line with company procedures.
• You must perform QP/QA release of batches as required to support to Operational Product Release requirements.
• You must manage the site documentation system, including the site change control system and issuing of site controlled documentation (operational and quality documents).
• You must manage the incoming inspection program.
• You must manage supplier non-conformance system.
• You must utilise trackwise systems.
• You must manage customer complaints and deviation systems.
• You must lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals to excel in their performance while maintaining a positive team environment.
• You must implement and monitor effective performance indicators for the Quality Assurance department.
• You must provide QA support to the Site Quality Council and Quality Management Reviews
• You must provide training to staff in GMP practices and procedures.
• You must foster a good working relationship with all departments

What Skills You Need

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in a science related discipline with 8+ years in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance/Control or related department is essential.
• You must be eligible to be registered as a Qualified Person on the company licenses.
• You must must possess knowledge and experience of quality system aspects such as deviations, CAPA, complaint handling, auditing, change management, supplier qualification, and batch release.
• You must have knowledge of trackwise quality management systems, quality control testing, validation and aseptic manufacturing an advantage but not essential.
• You must have the ability to perform and understand business statistical methods.
• You must have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• You should promote a strong personality with positive attitude.
