Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for conducting continuous inspections of products, machines, and pre-packed goods to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Inspect and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and report quality defects, non-conformances, or process deviations and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Work closely with supervisors, production teams, and packers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Guide packers on identifying common defects and ensuring correct packing procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and compliance checks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in quality control or a similar role in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting systems.
