QA Manager – SAP S/4HANA | 12-Month Daily Rate Contract | Hybrid Dublin
An opportunity for an experienced QA Manager to lead the testing and quality strategy for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a 12-month daily rate contract paying €500–€550/day, with a hybrid setup from Dublin.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end quality delivery, owning everything from UAT planning to test environment setup and stakeholder alignment. The role combines strategy and delivery, with a strong focus on team leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
Own and drive the full QA lifecycle for a large-scale SAP programme
Develop and manage test plans, strategy, scheduling, and reporting
Oversee major UAT events, ensuring alignment with business needs
Consult with business teams to ensure testability of solution designs
Lead defect management, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication
Introduce quality process improvements and track key metrics
Provide mentoring and support to the wider QA team
Influence overall test environment setup and delivery model
What You Need
Proven experience managing QA for SAP platforms (ideally S/4HANA)
Strong background delivering large UAT events
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing test teams and driving standards
Knowledge of test environments, CI/CD pipelines, and QA best practices
ISTQB Advanced or similar certification a bonus
