We’re working with a consultancy who are supporting a major remediation project for a large insurance client in Dublin. They’re implementing the Fineos insurance platform, and are now looking for experienced QA Testers to join the team.
This is a 9-month daily rate contract with strong potential to extend or go permanent. The role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite (City Centre) and 3 days remote.
Fineos Insurance Platform is essential, and only candidates with previous experience will be considered. Must also be based in Ireland.
About Your New Job
Design, develop, and execute test plans for Fineos platform components and custom configurations
Review complex requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are testable and clearly defined
Create traceable, well-documented test scripts aligned to functional and end-to-end requirements
Execute functional, regression, and integration tests
Participate in defect triage, challenge assumptions where needed, and flag issues early
Work closely with the Scrum team and contribute to reporting on test metrics and quality trends
Play a key role in maintaining high testing standards and reducing production risk
What Skills You Need
Proven experience testing the Fineos insurance platform (essential)
Strong QA background with the ability to design and execute tests independently
Comfortable working in Agile teams and contributing to planning discussions
ISTQB Foundation certified
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
