About Your New Job
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the new accounts process, ensuring approvals are in place and conducting due diligence on new account requests.
- Communicate with site regarding the progress of vendor set-ups and update the New Accounts trackers.
- Weekly review of supplier insurances, contacting suppliers for new insurance certificates, and ensuring appropriate levels and types of insurance are in place.
What Skills You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, preferably with purchasing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
What’s on Offer
- €30,000 - €40,000, depending on experience
- 21 days annual leave, parking, and €150 towards a health membership after 6 months’ probation.
