About Your New Job

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage the new accounts process, ensuring approvals are in place and conducting due diligence on new account requests.
  • Communicate with site regarding the progress of vendor set-ups and update the New Accounts trackers.
  • Weekly review of supplier insurances, contacting suppliers for new insurance certificates, and ensuring appropriate levels and types of insurance are in place.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, preferably with purchasing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.

What’s on Offer

  • €30,000 - €40,000, depending on experience
  • 21 days annual leave, parking, and €150 towards a health membership after 6 months’ probation.
