Public Sector Recruitment Coordinator – Dublin

We have a new position available in our Public Sector recruitment division in Sigmar Dublin. This role will be a Recruitment Co-Ordinator who will provide administrative support to the team and management. This position requires someone with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support for a range of exclusive contracts managed by the Public Sector team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team and account managers
  • Place recruitment advertisements in selected media
  • Filter and shortlist applicants based on pre-determined criteria through phone screening and assessing CV’s and or application forms ensuring the candidate meets the required essential criteria for the role for which they have applied
  • Manage all responses and applicant interactions, ensuring all candidates are communicated with in an effective and timely manner
  • Arrange and facilitate shortlisting meetings and all required documentation
  • Extensive and complex interview coordination and scheduling
  • Provide professional note taking in interviews (In Person and Online)
  • Panel Management
  • Monitor and update all jobs and support an internal database
  • Generate meeting and interview preparation to a high standard
  • Liaising with and responding to queries from clients and candidates in a professional and timely manner, managed via e-mail or phone
  • Managing queries from Hiring Managers
  • Create and manage excel sheets
  • Provide and communicate feedback to all candidates at interview stage
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Offer Management
  • Tender support

Role Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment administration or Recruitment
  • Recruitment agency experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to take direction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
