About Your New Job

  • Oversee your assigned developments from inception to completion, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct rent reviews on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting with tenders.
  • Monitor upcoming available properties, manage checkouts and turnovers, and produce detailed inventories, photographs, and condition reports.
  • Create and present weekly reports for your portfolio, providing insightful updates to landlords and managers.
  • Represent clients in RTB dispute cases, ensuring their interests are protected.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, setting clear expectations.
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain up-to-date management systems.
  • Provide regular reports to landlords and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure adherence to the Residential Tenancy Act.

What Skills You Need

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Residential Property Manager.
  • PRSA license is essential; a full clean driver’s license is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong system knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Property Management software experience; Yardi CRM System is preferred.
