As Property Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property and mixed claims within a collaborative pre‑litigation environment.
About Your New Job
- As a Claims Handler Pre-Litigation, you will ensure effective resolution within a regulated, pre-litigation environment.
- You will shape claims strategies, work closely with loss adjusters, brokers, and stakeholders, and drive investigations towards cost-effective outcomes.
- Lead negotiations, contribute to arbitrations, support fraud prevention, and help maintain high standards of compliance and customer service.
- You’ll contribute actively to team improvement initiatives and portfolio management in an organisation that values compliance and integrity.
What Skills You Need
- CIP Qualified
- Proven general insurance claims handling experience, ideally with property claims and knowledge of PL, EL, and Motor.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
