- A leading Main Contractor/Developer that specialises in residential projects based in Cork is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis
About Your New Job
- Manage costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final figures
- Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, perform cost control, and generate cost reports
- Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Monitor developments with the assistance of the Commercial Director
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ Years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Residential QS experience is desirable.
- A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
