Project Quantity Surveyor - Cork - Up to €70k per annum + package

  • A leading Main Contractor/Developer that specialises in residential projects based in Cork is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis

About Your New Job

  • Manage costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final figures
  • Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, perform cost control, and generate cost reports
  • Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Monitor developments with the assistance of the Commercial Director

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3+ Years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  • Residential QS experience is desirable.
  • A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
