About your new employer

An engineering company that is established for over 40+ years and specializes in cleanroom construction and HVAC services and are looking to hire a Project Planner. They operate in all industry sectors with a reputation for innovation and solution based problem solving.

To play an active role in project management support of multi-disciplined, multi-sector project delivery work by facilitating the planning, scheduling and controlling processes

About your new job

  • Providing advice, support and clear communication of fact based answers to key management questions which will aid in intelligent and effective decision making.
  • Develop and track Project Plans (Programmes / Time-Schedules)
  •  Develop and manage Pinch Point Schedules
  • Build Methodology Drawings
  • Prepare and produce Metrics Histograms S-curves / Plans
  • Prepare Manpower Histograms S-curves / Plans
  • Detail Look Ahead Schedules / Phased Drawings
  • Complete timely Project Reports
  • Provide management information and predictive reports and analytics
  • E.o.T Claim Substantiation / Backup
  • Provide value creating support to the Project Manager throughout the project life-cycle
  • To be considered you will:

What skill/experience you need

  • Engineering or Construction Management Related Degree / Trade Certification (any of these with the right experience)
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience / demonstrate ability to develop and implement plans, monitor and control work
  • Must be capable of producing project plans from IFC design information and BoQ
  • Microsoft Project / P6 or Equivalent Planning Software, Microsoft Office tools - Excellent report writing skills
  • Time management essential to satisfy demands of busy schedule and reporting calendar

What’s on offer

  • Full time Perm role (Mon-Friday).
  • Salary DOE €45k.
