About Your New Job
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of this large scale residential construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Main responsibilities include:
- You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
- You will maintain close communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders—providing regular status updates and addressing any issues proactively.
- You will drive all aspects of project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control, maintaining robust documentation throughout.
- You will foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- You will be responsible for developing detailed project timelines and ensuring key milestones are achieved at each stage of the build.
- You will conduct regular site inspections, identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure swift resolution of challenges to keep projects moving forward.
- You will oversee contract administration, manage change orders, track project budgets, and ensure all variations are clearly documented.
- You will lead project meetings, provide clear leadership to your teams, and encourage a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- You will ensure compliance with all statutory and company health and safety policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale residential projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full driving licence required.
