About Your New Job

• The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate a team of cross-functional experts to develop and implement a new solvent recovery process in a high-volume med device manufacturing plant
• The ideal candidate must develop and approve specifications for the recovered solvent.
• The ideal candidate must support the development of the recovery process to ensure adherence to all requirements in a regulated manufacturing industry.
• The ideal candidate will support / drive the development and implementation of the validation plan for recovered solvent, ensuring engagement and support from all team members and stakeholders
• The ideal candidate must engage with project groups to meet project timelines
• The ideal candidate must support operation readiness ensuring timely handover of equipment to operations.
  

What Skills You Need

• The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a related field
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in a regulated manufacturing industry.
• The ideal candidate must have experience leading cross-functional teams.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
• The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and an innate ability to think strategically
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with regulatory requirements and guidelines, such as GMP, FDA, EPA, and OSHA
