Your New Role
As a Construction Fit-Out Project Manager, you will oversee the full delivery of a high-spec fit-out project from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring seamless coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and clients. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the planning, programming, and execution of the project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
Monitoring site progress, cost control, and quality assurance.
Managing client relationships and ensuring specifications and expectations are met.
Enforcing health & safety standards and ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Requirements Needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Project Manager (or Senior Site/Contracts Manager) on high-spec commercial or residential fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
